Reservation & Cancellation Policy

General

• Check-in time 3 p.m.
• Check-out time 11 a.m.
• Early check-in or late check-out subject to availability.
• Rates in USD will be converted to MXN at the time of payment.

Rates subject to change without notice.

• All rates are per room and are subject to 19% tax (16% VAT & 3% bed tax) and 5% service fee.
• Maximum two adults per room.
• Includes deluxe continental breakfast.
• Transportation to/from airport may be arranged, for an extra charge.
• Promotional rates are not commissionable.
• Holiday rates are not commissionable.
• All the rooms are non-smoking.

Pet Policy

• ONLY ONE PET PER ROOM UNDER 30 POUNDS.
• Only pets allowed are dogs, under 30 pounds.
• Please let us know at time of booking.
• Pets should be with owner at all times, cannot be left in the room or any area of the hotel alone.
• Bring pet amenities (ie: bed, water and food dishes).
• Not allowed to swim in the pool.
• Not allowed to sleep on the bed.
• Leash at all times on the property.
• Owner is responsible for any damage caused by the pet.

Holiday Policy

• 3 night minimum for holiday stays (Dec 24-Jan03), individual nights and shorter stays may be available upon request, based on occupancy, so please ask.

Family Policy

• Not suitable for children.
• Not allowed for kids under 15 years old.

Deposit and Cancellation

• One night deposit non refundable.
• In case of cancellation made 45 days or less prior to arrival the entire amount will be due.
• Payments may be made by credit card or cash.
• Cancellations are not possible without incurring a charge.
• No credits for late arrivals or early departures.
• Groups: 50% non-refundable deposit required at time of booking.

Holiday Deposit & Cancellation

• 50% of stay deposit due at time of booking.
• Full payment is due 90 days prior to arrival.
• All deposits & payments for Holiday are non-refundable.
• Full stay is non-refundable for no-shows.
• No credits for late arrivals or early departures.
